Listed below are ten steps for new employees at Cabrini College, with PDF forms to be reviewed, completed, and submitted to the Human Resources Department.
Until the complete packet of forms is received, employees will not have access to CabriniOne to view pay stubs or email. Therefore, it is imperative to submit all required documents in a timely fashion.
Step 1: Complete the New Hire Form (PDF) |
Step 2: Fill out section 1 of the I‑9 form, sign, and date. The date signed must be the same as start date. To verify employment eligibility, you must include a copy of acceptable documents found on page 3 of the I‑9 form. The Human Resources Office will complete section 2. |
Step 3: Complete sections 1–7 of the W-4 form, sign and date. Complete sections 3 and 5 or your exemption status will default to single and zero. If you have any questions regarding exemptions, please contact the Payroll Department. |
Step 4: Read the Instructions for the Radnor Township Local Services Tax Exemption Certificate. The Radnor “Local Services Tax” is a biweekly deduction of $2 to equal an annual amount of $52, with a low‑income exemption. Any individual who earns less than $12,000 in a calendar year will not be subject to the tax. Part‑time employees who are paying the Local Services Tax at their primary place of employment may also claim exemption.

| Complete the Certificate of Residency tax form for your local Earned-Income Tax. |
Step 5: Authorize direct deposit, mandatory for all Cabrini College employees. To deposit full net pay into one account, complete section 1 only. To split pay into several accounts, complete sections 2‑4 accordingly. |
Step 6: Complete the entire employment application, sign, and date. A copy of your resume may be attached to show employment history. |
Step 7: Complete the Employment Inquiry Release Form, in connection with the application for employment at Cabrini College. Note: In compliance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act, you are entitled to a copy of the consumer report received by Cabrini. Initial on the form if you would like a copy mailed to you. |
Step 8: All employees are eligilble for benefits provided under the worker’s compensation law. Read, sign, and date the Acknowlegment Notice that explains your rights. |
Step 9: The Worker’s Compensation Panel Physician List is a list of physicans that Cabrini has contracted through our Worker's Compensation Carrier, Eastern Alliance. |
Step 10: Cabrini College's Staff Handbook outlines what is expected of all Cabrini employees and lists services, programs, and support systems available to employees. All Cabrini employees are asked to review the Staff Handbook and acknowledge their receipt of it by printing, signing, and returning a receipt acknowledgement to Human Resources. |
Step 11: When all of your paperwork is complete and you are set up within our administrative system, you may access your Cabrini email and domain accounts. You will also have access to CabriniOne. To receive your username and password, follow the steps on this instruction sheet. |
