Is the shuttle always on time?No. Depending on traffic, road, and weather conditions, the shuttle may not run exactly on schedule. Please allow several minutes for it to arrive.
If my train is running late will the shuttle wait for me?The shuttle will wait as long as possible, but must continue on to maintain the schedule. If you must arrive on campus at a specific time, plan to take an earlier train to allow sufficient travel time.
What do I do if I miss the shuttle?The shuttle operates like a transit bus, so it cannot deviate from schedule or make special trips to pick up people who miss it at a scheduled stop. Please wait for the next scheduled pick-up at your location.
