Beta Beta Beta - National Biological Honor Society
Exercise Science and Health Promotion students can apply as associate members of the Beta Beta Beta Honor Society if they have completed 12 credits of biology courses and earned a 3.0 average or higher in BIO 101, 230, and 231, and an overall 3.0 GPA.
- Notification for applicants occurs in February through the Science Department.

ESH Student Club / National Wellness Institute
The National Wellness Institute aims to provide those in the wellness professions with resources and services to advance their professional and personal growth, further their education, and help launch new and exciting careers. 
Cabrini's student chapter of the National Wellness Institute will participate in many exciting and educational activities, including health fairs, movie nights, professional speakers from the field of exercise science, professionally sponsored conferences, volunteer opportunities within the community, field trips, outdoor recreational activities, and more.
These activities will help members become familiar with a variety of professional roles in exercise science, build a professional network, and locate quality internships.
Sigma Zeta - National Science and Mathematics Honor Society
Exercise Science and Health Promotion students can apply as members of the Sigma Zeta Honor Society if they have completed at least 15 credits in science and math with a 3.0 GPA and 3.0 GPA overall. Notification for applicants occurs in March through the Mathematics Department.
