What’s the number one predictor of success at Cabrini?
Motivation, a desire to succeed, combined with a commitment to work hard.
If you want to succeed at Cabrini, you will.
That’s because the College makes it a priority to provide students with the support they need to succeed. Faculty members make themselves available in and out of the classroom in ways that aren’t possible at large universities with classes of hundreds of students.
Insightful advising begins the first day students set foot on campus and continues until they graduate.
Academic support services at Cabrini are outstanding. The Center for Teaching & Learning offers a range of resources and one-on-one support to help students improve their learning skills or get help in subjects that might be giving them difficulty.
The Center is home to the Math Resource Center and the Writing Center, where students can sharpen their skills in those two critically important areas.
Both professional and peer (student) tutors are available to offer help with subjects across the curriculum, and Cabrini is one of the few colleges with nationally certified tutors.
The Disability Resource Center provides support and appropriate accommodation to qualified students with disabilities, including personal academic support and classroom accommodations, such as extended test-taking time and lecture recordings.
