The Registrar’s Office is located in the Cavalier Express Center in Grace Hall.
This office coordinates registration, grading, auditing, official class schedules, ordering diplomas, and degree-completion verifications not covered by the National Student Clearinghouse.
Transcript requests for all current students and graduates, loan-deferment forms, forms for the Veterans Administration, and enrollment verifications are also handled by the Registrar’s Office.
There's still time to register for late-start classes for Spring 2015!
HoldsStudents with any type of hold on their account (e.g., financial, health-related, library) will not be able to register for classes, get final grades or transcripts, be eligible for certain financial-aid packages, etc.
Requests for transcripts must be made in writing along with a payment of $5 for each transcript and are usually processed within 24 hours unless the request is made during peak demand (e.g. graduation).
GraduationRegardless of participation in Commencement, all students must apply for graduation.
