The Spirit Committee supports and promotes alumni events, as well as efforts to improve alumni-student relations.
Members of the committee may choose to serve in one or more of the following roles:
- Participate and/or volunteer at Alumni Weekend
- Serve as an alumni representative at Commencement
- Report to the Alumni Office
- Be of service to the Alumni Office and Alumni Board of Directors for special projects
- Serve as an alumni representative at student events supported by the Alumni Office, including Senior Dinner, Junior Move Up Day, Sophomore Day of Service, and Freshmen Move-In Day
- Generate ideas for alumni activities
- Promote alumni activities to friends and classmates
Service on the Spirit Committee is voluntary and renewable on an annual basis, based on the individual's availability and inclination.
