Official College Transcripts
An undergraduate degree (Bachelor’s) from a regularly accredited college or university, in any major, with an overall cumulative grade point average (GPA) of 3.0 or better (see additional note below). Official (institution-sealed envelope) transcripts for all undergraduate and graduate college history. Official transcripts may be mailed by the institution or student (college-sealed envelopes must remain sealed) or delivered.
Note: Students who do not meet the 3.0 GPA requirement or who have been out of college for an extended period of time may be considered for provisional acceptance and take nine (9) graduate credits, which count toward their degree or certification.
Such students may also be required to complete the pre-professional PRAXIS Series in reading, writing, and mathematics skills as a further condition for acceptance. If their Cabrini GPA for the nine graduate credits is 3.0 or better, they then request to change to fully admitted status.
Information about the PRAXIS Series may be obtained from ETS at 609-771-7395, at www.ets.org/praxis, or from the Bureau of Teacher Certification and Preparation at 717-772-2864 or at www.pde.psu.edu.
