Cabrini’s Master of Science in Leadership, or MSL, is an advanced degree that gives people working in organizations—all kinds of organizations—the knowledge, skills, and experiences they need to become leaders in their careers.

MSL Curriculum Options
Students are required to complete 33 (11 three-credit courses) credit hours. Part‑time students can complete the program in two years. Students are allowed up to six years to complete the program.
The 7 core courses in the program include:
Students are required to meet with an advisor before beginning a program of study.
With satisfactory grades and advisor approval, a student may transfer up to six graduate credits of similar coursework from a previous, accredited institution.
Learning OutcomesMSL students will:
Undergraduate (baccalaureate) degree from a regionally accredited college or university with an overall grade point average (GPA) of 2.5 or higher
Three years of professional work history preferred
Completion of application and payment of $50 nonrefundable application fee
Short, typed statement describing education, career goals, special interests, and other information that may be helpful in making an application decision
HandbookA program handbook is available for MSL students.
CapstoneStudents in the Master of Science in Leadership program complete a Capstone Project, which must include a coversheet.
Commencement Regardless of participation in the Commencement ceremony, all students must apply for graduation. This should be done prior to registering for the Capstone class.
