Cabrini offers instructional leaders and teacher leaders the opportunity to gain certification as district administrators.
This program is designed based on a needs analysis survey of the region's superintendents and building administrators, and addresses all performance areas recommended for successful entry into school administration.
From start to finish, candidates in this program receive a carefully designed blend of guided field experience that reflects best practices, as well as theoretical knowledge in organizational behavior, social systems, computer- and supportive-learning technologies, effective communication, school law, leadership, and management models.
