Complete and submit the following information to request public relations.
Please allow:
| 3–6 months for long-term projects with extensive public relations plans, such as: |
- Large events like Commencement, symposia, Science Olympiad
- Award presentations to leading public figures, i.e., Ivy Young Willis Award
- Faculty/student/staff projects over a long period of time (one to two semesters or longer)

| 4–8 weeks for short-term projects with media coverage and publicity, such as: |
- Campus events, such as fine arts performances, conferences, Cabrini Spirit Week, Founder’s Day
|
| 2–4 weeks for “good news” announcements, such as: |
- Awards given to students, faculty members, or the College
- Faculty/student publications
- Recaps of community service or social justice projects
