RADNOR, Pa. (Jan. 7, 2013) – E.R. "Jay" Browning has been named associate vice president for Institutional Advancement at Cabrini College. Browning will oversee most aspects of the College’s fundraising initiatives, focusing on annual giving, major gifts, and alumni relations.
Prior to joining Cabrini, Browning served as associate vice president for Institutional Advancement at the University of Maryland University College in Adelphi, Md. He also served as assistant vice president, development and gift planning, at Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton, Fla.; and worked in development at Pennsylvania State University, Central Florida Speech and Hearing Center, and Big Brothers Big Sisters of Lancaster County. Prior to his career in development, Browning served for 15 years in the United States Marine Corps.
Browning earned a master of business administration degree from the University of Maryland University College, and a bachelor of science from Penn State University. He has held the Certified Fundraising Executive designation since 2003.
