Student Diversity Initiatives highlights the many cultures and traditions of the Cabrini student body and hosts events that enrich the campus community. We also conduct training, workshops and town halls on multicultural and diversity-related issues.
First Year ALANA Student Rap Sessions
The CommUNITY BBQ
Held during the first week of class each Fall semester, this BBQ welcomes students from ALL backgrounds to enjoy food and urban style block party games (i.e. double dutch, dodge ball, line dancing, etc.) Prizes are given for trivia and competitions like volleyball and jacks. All the while, students, faculty and staff get to know each other and are reminded of the Cabrini's Pledge of Respect & CommUNITY.
Diversity Dessert Series An open forum for real conversations that allows students, faculty, and staff to share and hear a variety of perspectives on diverse topics that matter to them, while sharing desserts.
