What is a Drink?
A standard drink is one 12-ounce bottle of beer or wine cooler, one 5-ounce glass of wine, or one ounce of 80-proof distilled spirits.

What Should I Do if I Suspect Someone Has Alcohol Poisoning?
- Know the danger signals.
- Try to wake the person.
- Turn the person on his/her side to prevent choking.
- Check the person’s breathing.
- If any signs of alcohol poisoning exist, call 911 immediately.
Do not wait for all symptoms to be present.
- Be aware that a person who has passed out may die.
- If there is a suspicion of an alcohol overdose, call 911 for help.
