All new students receive their housing and roommate assignments via their Cabrini email account in July or early August.
New resident students receive information about what to do prior to arrival through CabriniVision, available at www.cabrini.edu/CabriniVision, which houses everything you need to get started at College.

Transfer StudentsTransfer Student Orientation begins at 8:30 a.m. on Thursday, Aug. 22, 2013.
Resident transfer students will be able to pick up keys and move into their rooms after they have finished meeting with their advisor and scheduling their courses.
Residence Life staff members will distribute keys at the Resource Fair in Grace Hall from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Returning StudentsCheck-in for returning students is Sunday, Aug. 25, 2013 from 12 p.m. (noon) to 5 p.m. in the Grace Hall Atrium.
Residence Life staff will only be available during this time to distribute keys; Public Safety will not be allowed to let students into their rooms who have not checked in with Residence Life.
Returning students who are not able to arrive by 5 p.m. may check in the following day in the Residence Life office (Widener Center second floor) between 9 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.
Students who are required to arrive early to participate in an authorized College activity (athletics pre-season training, Orientation Leaders, etc.) may pick up their keys and move in according to the check-in schedule below. These students will typically receive specific information about when and where their faculty or staff sponsors want them to check in for their particular program/activity.
Unless otherwise designated below, students who are required to arrive early may check in at the Residence Life office (Widener Center, Second Floor) between 9 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. on the date listed for their group. Students who know in advance that they are unable to arrive by 4:30 p.m. should plan to arrive during normal hours the following business day; Public Safety will not be able to let students into their rooms after hours.
All students must be cleared by the Cavalier Express Center to check in and receive a room key. Therefore, students who are arriving later in the day or on a weekend should be sure that any billing, registration, or financial aid issues are settled before arriving on campus. The Cavalier Express Center can be reached at 610-902-8188 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
In an effort to ensure the safety and security of all community members, the college only permits students who are sponsored by a faculty or staff member for participation in an authorized college activity to reside in the halls prior to scheduled arrival dates.
Accordingly, returning students may not arrive before Sunday, Aug. 25, 2013, unless sponsored and participating in an authorized activity.
Preparing the halls for occupancy requires the coordination of various departments including Residence Life, Facilities, Housekeeping, Conferences, Dining Services, and Public Safety.
This preparation often occurs in a limited window of time and rooms are not released for use by the various departments until the published arrival dates. As a result, students will not be permitted to drop off items in their room prior to scheduled arrival dates.
