The Office of Residence Life staff consists of both administrative and undergraduate student staff.
The Director and Assistant Directors of Residence Life are responsible for overseeing the educational, disciplinary, operational, and assignment aspects of the department.
Resident AssistantsResident Assistants (RAs) are undergraduate students and the community builders within our residence hall system.
Each Resident Assistant is responsible for directing the programming and community enhancement incentives of a wing, floor, area, or house on campus.

Sue Kramer began working at Cabrini College in 2006. She received a bachelor's degree in English Literature from Kutztown University and a master's degree in Organization Leadership from Cabrini College.
Prior to joining Cabrini, Sue worked in Residence Life at Moravian College, Temple University, and Monmouth University.
Mike Mullen Assistant Director610firstname.lastname@example.orgMike Mullen earned a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from The College at Brockport, where he worked as a Resident Assistant. During his time at Brockport, he served as an inaugural member of the Student Conduct Board for two years. Prior to joining Cabrini in 2010, Mike graduated with a master’s degree in Student Affairs in Higher Education from Indiana University of Pennsylvania (IUP), where he held a graduate assistantship with the Office of Housing and Residence Life, as an Assistant Residence Director at IUP’s Punxsutawney campus. During his time at Cabrini, Mike has worked predominantly with upper-class students living in residence halls. Mike has advised Colleges Against Cancer and their Relay for Life event since 2011.
Akirah MassenburgAssistant Director610email@example.comAkirah Massenburg earned a bachelor's degree in Journalism and Media Studies from Rutgers University, where she worked as a Resident Assistant.In 2012, Akirah graduated from Shippensburg University, where she was a Residence Director, with a master's degree in College Student Personnel. Akirah joined Cabrini in 2012. Akirah has worked with first-year and sophomore students as they make the transition to college.
She has facilitated drug and alcohol educational classes, assisted with the organization and facilitation of commencement kick-off, and partnered with Campus Ministry to continue the mission of Mother Cabrini, in service trips to West Virginia and New Orleans.

Lorraine began working in Residence Life at Cabrini College in 2012.
She has been at Cabrini since November, 2006 previously working in Graduate Studies and the Registrar's Office. Lorraine received a bachelor's degree in Psychology from Brock University in St. Catharines, Ontario, Canada.
