Each Resident Assistant is responsible for directing the programming and community enhancement incentives of a wing, floor, area, or house on campus.

Sue Kramer began working at Cabrini College in 2006.
She received a bachelor's degree in English Literature from Kutztown University and a master's degree in Organization Leadership from Cabrini College.
Prior to joining Cabrini, Sue worked in Residence Life at Moravian College, Temple University, and Monmouth University.

She earned a bachelor's degree in Journalism and Media Studies from Rutgers University, where she worked as a Resident Assistant.In 2012, Akirah graduated from Shippensburg University, where she was a Residence Director, with a master's degree in College Student Personnel. She has facilitated drug and alcohol educational classes, assisted with the organization and facilitation of commencement kick-off, and partnered with Campus Ministry to continue the mission of Mother Cabrini, in service trips to West Virginia and New Orleans.

Christopher Bryant earned an undergraduate degree in sociology and graduate degree in College Student Development and Administration from Shepherd University. During his undergrad, Chris was actively involved in residence life and community service.
While completing his graduate degree, Chris served as a Hall Director and completed internships with the American College Personnel Association (ACPA) and the West Virginia Higher Education Policy Commission (HEPC).
Prior to working at Cabrini, Chris worked as the Coordinator of Housing at Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts and was a Student Resource Specialist and Residence Director at Marshall University.
